Gloucester Citizen

The ''Gloucester Citizen'' is a daily newspaper in the county of Gloucestershire, England, that covers Gloucester, Stroud and the Forest of Dean. It was first published on 1 May 1876.〔(The Citizen by John Lovell. ) livinggloucester.co.uk Retrieved 2 September 2011.〕 The current Editor is Jenny Eastwood. The current offices are based at The Oxebode, Gloucester, in the centre of the city. It was formerly known as ''The Citizen''.

''Gloucester Citizen'' is a daily newspaper which also has a Saturday edition containing the ''Weekend'' magazine. There is also a Forest of Dean edition of the newspaper which is released on a Wednesday. The ''Pink Un'' focusing on the sport side of the county is a supplement which comes out each Monday with the newspaper and ''Citizen People'' focusing on the individual local communities also releases on Monday.
